I recent months things have been a little unlucky, to be honest they have been downright frustrating. I am blessed though to have  people around me to lift me up and always lend a shoulder to lean on. In about a week I am taking a trip to the mountains of North Carolina and it will be a great time to clear my head and focus on me. Sometimes life throws to many curve balls and we lose sight of or true passions and what really matters. What I love to do includes producing/writing music, fitness, fishing, sports, poetry/spokenword, and family. I guess the reason for this post is that I see to many people just going with the flow and letting life rule them(myself included). Dont get caught up and take a path that isnt true to yourself, constantly strive for your pure potential and the essense of you. Im gonna write a quick little spokenword poem ive created recently and I hope you like it.

THE THIRD COMING

 

Thunder rumbles beyond eyes view, atop rising ridges vultures peck at a doubtful soul, perceptions pleasures and pain, non existent till a judgment consumes its value, making the unattainable unavoidable, detachment from obvious outcomes paralleled in time, as seeking sands escape my hour glass, reflection brings reluctance, reluctance to dig for treasures in a crisis of deceptive darkness, the beaches no longer thrive, no longer holding abundance and joy for worlds to see, continuous reconstructions make conflicts and discord desecrations of a past choice, now conversations alone in my room project vivid images of my pure potential, the grandest vision of me….
